Shipping and Return Inquiries:

Q. I placed my order, and my card was charged. When will my order ship?

A: Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST. When an order is placed, we process & package your order the very next business day (except during busy times of the year, which may take up to 2 days). Your estimated shipping time STARTS after we process & package your order.

Q. How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order through www.USPS.com

Q. How do I return my product?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product shows no signs of wear, wash or damage. To make a return, please send back the item with the original invoice (if you still have it) and a note explaining the issue (if you send a package back to us with no information, we are not responsible for what happens to it). The address you will need to send your item to is: CERTIFIED WHITEBOY, LLC PO BOX 3565 CENTER LINE, MI 48015 We will email you once we receive it and process your refund. The money will be back in your account within 48 hours. Q. There was an issue with my order. What should I do? A: Contact Customer Service, and we will fix the mistake right away! Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has shipped?

A: U.S. orders typically take 2-3 business days for delivery. We do not offer overnight shipping.

Q. Do you ship your product internationally?

A: Absolutely, we love our international customers! We charge a standard shipping & handling cost by weight for all international orders. Please note: International orders may take up to a week for delivery.

Q. Will I have to pay customs/duty fees?

A: It is up to your country's customs service to determine whether or not they will apply customs charges on incoming parcels from the United States. Customs fees are not calculated into shipping charges at the time orders are placed, and are not imposed until packages reach their destination country. Unfortunately these fees must be paid to your country's customs service in order to receive your package. If you request that we ship the item as a gift, you could potentially avoid those charges. However, it is not guaranteed.

Q. How do I go about exchanging my product?

A: We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product shows no signs of wear, wash or damage. To make an exchange, please send back the item with the original invoice (if you still have it) and a note explaining the changes you would like us to make (if you send a package back to us with no information, we are not responsible for what happens to it). You will need to pay for the shipping back to us and we will take care of the cost of shipping back to you. If we are out of stock on the item that you want exchanged, you will be fully refunded for your order.

Q. How do I submit a Donation Request?

Thank you for considering Certified Whiteboy Clothing for a possible donor to your organization or fundraiser. Before sending a request PLEASE read ALL the way through and e-mail us at certifiedwhiteboy@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that we get many requests for donations and it is not possible for us to honor them all or respond to all who submit. Please do not e-mail repeatedly, call, or name drop. We really get a large volume of requests. Please submit at least 90 days prior to your event. Please be very specific of your request for your fundraiser and provide ALL information below in your e-mail: 1. Full name (first and last) 2. Address including city, state, postal code, country 3. Your e-mail address 4. Your phone number 5. Cell phone number 6. Work phone number 7. What is the best way to contact you 8. Organization name 9. Organization type 10. Tax ID number 11. Q. How do I get a Certified Whiteboy Clothing endorsement deal?

Artists, athletes, and models seeking an endorsement deal or clothing for an event, please read all the way through below and e-mail us certifiedwhiteboy@gmail.com. The artist, athlete, or model should contact us directly, not through a representative, manager, agent, record label, or girlfriend. All submissions must be done through this e-mail. No exceptions; not even if you know the owner, think you know the owner, think you have a friend that works here, know somebody famous, think you know somebody famous, etc... Certified Whiteboy Clothing does not offer paid sponsorships and we do not give away free clothing. We offer discounts on our product. Discount depends on promotion potential from the artist through all social media, live shows, directly to friends and fans, as well as TV and Video appearances, events, photos, etc. You must have at least 80 national appearances/events scheduled per year. We get a large volume of requests and it may not be possible for us to respond to all of them, but we will review them all. Please send us the following; All items on the list are required: 1. Who are you? Artist, band, actor, TV personality, MMA fighter, etc... 2. Current professional photos of person who wants endorsement wearing Certified Whiteboy Clothing (if you cannot complete this step, do not submit) 3. A complete list of other brands that you endorse or that sponsor you 4. Link(s) to original material and/or videos 5. A current tour schedule, appearances, or explanation of how you're going to make Certified Whiteboy Clothing visible to a larger audience (Again, at least 80 national appearances/events scheduled per year) 6. Social media presence list and links - Website, Facebook, Twitter, and others 7. Let us know what value you will bring to our brand Please be sure to provide ALL information above including your contact information if you'd like to be considered. Do not assume that we know who you are. We will not do research on you. We are a clothing company and not your management, promotions agency, your booking agent, or your publicist. Athletes, media TV and radio, photographers, music fans, and any other person interested in a sponsorship please email a complete proposal to email address above. Shipping

All orders ship from the Certified Nation Headquarters in Detroit, MI, USA. Orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Certified Whiteboy Clothing shipping policies. We will process your order once payment is received. Processing, packing & shipping your order will take 1-2 business days after payments are received. The shipping process generally takes 2-3business days within the U.S. Our business days are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST. Please make sure you are asking us to ship to a secure location, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once you receive a tracking number for your shipment, you can track it atwww.USPS.com . At that point, we have fulfilled our obligation to the customer, any further issues with shipping must be addressed to www.USPS.com PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL INFORMATION AT THE END OF YOUR ORDER. We cannot refund shipping fees or cost of items if your package does not arrive or is delivered to another address due to customer mistyping their own information upon ordering. We may not be able to ship to hotels, some mail forwarders and/or PO boxes depending on the location or if there are known issues with the location. Shipping may not be available to all locations.

International Orders

International orders are shipped using USPS which is the US Postal Service. For postal orders, the packages are handed off to your country's postal service for 'door-to-door' delivery. USPS Priority Mail comes with tracking and is insured. We've rarely had a USPS Priority Mail package lost (although sometimes it will be returned if the destination address is wrong). You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. All international shipments are eligible for these fees. There is no way for Certified Whiteboy (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your country's postal system may charge you. There are some services that can estimate the duty/taxes, while they're not 100% accurate they can be helpful (Duty/Tax Calculator). Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.

Return Policy

Conditions for returns/exchanges: • All items must be returned (within 30 days) in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition and pet hair and smoke free. All original tags and accessories, patches, accents, embellishments, buttons, zippers, etc. must still be attached. • If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of the original shipment date. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipping or by recipient. There are 3 reasons why we will accept an return/exchange: 1. The item is the wrong size 2. The wrong item was shipped 3. The item was defective If we shipped you a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item in order to qualify for an exchange. If you do not provide us with proper notification within the allotted timeframe, we will not authorize your exchange. We do not refund shipping costs on return/exchanges unless we made a processing error. If we do make an error, we will refund your shipping costs up to $9.99 USD. All returns/exchanges are to be packed in the original packaging we shipped the items to you if available. Please include the original invoice (photocopy is ok) with the reason for exchange written on the invoice. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages (please insure your items). Once your package has been received and is processed you will be notified via email when it's shipped back to you or refunded. You are responsible for any shipping costs back to us including insurance. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing your item at certifiedwhiteboy@gmail.com. After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and shipping address.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation
